Pretty Wise does not have any type of access to the information related to the numbers of the credit cards of its clients, we simply receive a confirmation of the payment of the bank in charge of the management.

How to place an order
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on “Authorize payment”. After this, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”).
The shipping method depends on the nature of the product and the country to which it is shipped.
However, all of our shipments are made through secure international companies that usually give us a tracking number of the shipment.
Our payment methods are totally secure and encrypted. You can pay by Pay Pal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Currency conversion is done automatically through our payment system.

We have agreements with multiple suppliers and warehouses around the world. Which allows us to ship to all countries. Availability of the service
The articles offered through this web page are available for delivery to the countries that appear on our list. We reserve the right of admission.
Only If your order is damaged or has arrived in poor conditions, we will refund your money as long as you contact us within 30 days of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed after your purchase, unfortunately, you will not be able to get a refund
If for any reason you receive a damaged product, please contact us and send us the order number, your full name, residence address, contact telephone number, proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product (if applicable). After reviewing the case, we will send you an e-mail to confirm or reject the claim and we will inform you of the steps you must take to obtain the refund. If approved, the money will be refunded to the original payment method on subsequent days. Products that are on sale are not subject to refunds unless they are damaged.
If you order the wrong size, you will have to pay for the shipping and any applicable customs fees in order for us to send you a new size. Please notice you should use the size tables as reference before placing your order if you have any questions regarding sizing please contact us first before placing your order.
Availability of products
All orders are subject to the availability of the products. If there are difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items in stock, we will reimburse you for any amount that you may have paid.
Cancellations and Changes
If you wish to cancel or change the order, please contact us within 12 hours once the order is placed. You must do it as soon as possible since we normally process the orders in the shortest possible time.
The cancellation fee is € 1.50. We reserve the right to accept or reject an order even if the payment has already been authorized.
Note: Once the product has been shipped, we will not be able to make any change or cancellation to your order.
If you do not receive your order in 60 days, you can usually request a full refund of the money.
Due to the high volume of orders your order may suffer delays. We know that waiting can be frustrating and we apologize in case you suffer any type of incident. We work hard to improve the shipping times and the quality of our services!
Productos without refund
There is no refund for the following products:

- Custom made products
- Bikinis or swimsuits
Late or missed refunds
- If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account once more.
- Then contact your bank, it may take time to notify the money refund.
- If you have done all this and still have not received your refund contact us.
We only make exchanges in case the product is damaged or in poor condition. Products on sale cannot be exchanged.
