How to place an order

Choose the items you want within the product categories. View the product (s) you are interested in / n by clicking on it. Select a garment and add the item to the basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order. Choose the payment method you want. Finalize the order. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

How to place an order without making it through the Online Store

In the event that you encounter technical difficulties in order to place your order through the online store, our customer service team will do it for you, you should only follow the following steps:

1. Send us an email to info@prettywiseshop.com

2. In the e-mail you must indicate the references of the article / s or name of the product that you are interested, the size, color and shipping address.

The shipping method depends on the nature of the product and the country to which it is shipped.

However, all of our shipments are made through secure international companies that usually give us a tracking number of the shipment.

Our payment methods are totally secure and encrypted. You can pay by Pay Pal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Currency conversion is done automatically through our payment system.

Shipping times

We have agreements with multiple suppliers and warehouses around the world. Which allows us to ship to all countries.
